1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or digital ticket via WhatsApp or email from our official team.

2. Payments and Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and EUR. Payments can generally be made in cash directly on the day of the trip, unless specified otherwise for certain luxury or multi-day tours.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip time to avoid penalties. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Safety-related cancellations (e.g., severe weather) determined by our guides will be fully rescheduled or refunded.

4. Liability

Mr Egypt Trips ensures that all partnered vessels, vehicles, and guides are fully licensed. However, guests participate in adventure activities (such as diving or safari) at their own risk and must declare any medical conditions beforehand.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend itineraries or vessels due to operational requirements or weather conditions, ensuring equivalent or upgraded alternatives are provided.
